Worked for what I neededSo far so good. The tip of the smallest bit broke almost immediately, using a basic hammer drill. Cheaply made!Drilled four holes into very old concrete with a drill hammer. The 3/8 bit was showing signs of wear after two holes, and was pretty much exhausted after the fourth. I did not use water to cool the bit, and that could have made a big difference, but I didn't think it would be necessary for only a few holes. Most people don't often drill into concrete, and they shouldn't spend a ton of money for something they won't use again for one or two decades. However, if your project requires a bunch of holes, you may need more or better bits and perhaps some water on the drill surface. Also, the larger bits require a large enough drill chuck as they are not reduced on the drill end for quarter inch chucks. This set is a great affordable buy for those who only need to get a few holes drilled. This is a good price for a compact masonry drill bit set . Make sure it will fit on your drill, they have the standard ends. I originally ordered this for a hammer drill to hang a picture on brick but found out the hard way that drill only used the sds plus bits so these would not fit. I still like this set and will use with my standard drill. It comes with a variety of widths but most are about the same length. They come in a plastic case that is basic but easy to store in toolbox.Very handy kit as this contains the sizes that I most often use stored in a convenient and easy to open storage case. Contains 1 piece 1/8”, 1 piece 5/32”, 1 piece 3/16”,4 pieces 1/4”, 1 piece 5/16”, 1 piece 3/8”, 1 piece 1/2”. The bits are sharp and appear to be durable and well made. I especially like the pointed tips which really helps with starting the cut in the right location. My husband ordered these drill bits to drill into our concrete block wall, which these drill bits handled with ease. We got them for light, household use, so they will be used infrequently, but are nice to have on hand for these small jobs. The storage case is a plus.Overall they work good for my small projects
