Modified carbon micro-structure through precipitation of carbides makes these bits extremely sharp and resistant to wear. Norseman CN-Tech Drill Bits are cryogenically frozen to -300 degrees fahrenheit for 48 hours, which reduces the brittleness of the drill bits, increasing strength and decreasing the chance of the bit shearing.

I needed to drill and countersink a leaf spring on my truck. This drill bit had no problems with that and looks to be very well made. Will keep these 2 bits aside for special use. Would buy this brand again. I did purchase this brand's countersink for the same job, but it did not like the spring steel. Still, the countersink seems well made. Would buy this brand again, and probably will when the need arises.
